Like an interior firm, we provide concept development, interior drawings and 3D modeling. MEETING &
CONTRACT
After reviewing your request, we will tailor the contract and work of scope to your needs. Once it has been finalized, a meeting is set up to sign the contract.

SITE DETAILS
Our designers will visit the sites with the original floor plan and measurements. Accurate information is needed to develop a unique concept.

REPORT
After the concept is finalized between the Client and MGR, an interior floorplan, as well as 3D modeling is drawn to match the concept. Adjustments can be made based on specific client’s requirements.

PRESENTATION &
CONSTRUCTION
After the final design is approved, a copy of AutoCAD and other design files are given to the Client. If MGR is to manage the construction, MGR will continue the process with scheduling construction work.
